The St. Thomas’s Choristers is the church’s junior choir, made up of children and youth ages 6 and up. The Choristers sing in church monthly, and offer occasional concert performances. The choristers rehearse on Sundays after the morning service, from September to June.
The St. Thomas’s Choristers is an excellent opportunity for children to learn singing and musicianship skills in a friendly, fun, and stimulating environment and to gain an exposure to the richness of sacred music composed for the Episcopal Church. The curriculum is derived from the highly successful Voice For Life program of the Royal School of Church Music in America. It is designed to greatly enhance the vocal, aural, and general musical abilities of the choristers.
Please email Noah Horn, Director of Music and Organist, at [email protected] for more information about the St. Thomas's Choristers. Children ages 6 and up from all faith backgrounds, or none, are welcome.
